TERMS OF SERVICE

_{(You do not have the right to sell or use the commissions for commercial purposes, nor to turn my work- sketch or finished commission into NFTs or to feed to AI programs.)}I have the right to refuse service for any reason, without needing to disclose the reason why.I hold every right to the produced creative work, not the client. You may request the art to not be posted on a public platform, otherwise I am allowed to use the commission to promote myself on any place, site, distribute and alter it to how I see fit.I am not required to advertise or post your project(s) related to the commission.I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.This T.O.S and its contents are bound to all clients, even those who have commissioned or received work prior to its creation.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

I will not redraw the entire commission. You must purchase a new one in-order to start again.Major changes will not be made after the finalized sketch is approved, without a fee.Once finalized a total of 3 minor changes (e.g., filters, markings, minor color tweaks) are allowed in the sketch & rendering phase and are covered in the commission price.Revisions due to my negligence are free.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS

Prices are in USD only.Payment is due in full upfront and is done via Ko-fi (Paypal) or Cashapp in USD.Extremely complex characters will increase the prices by $5. (this includes, overly acessoried, colorful, and detailed characters.)Prices are subject to change, and the client will not be reimbursed or billed a difference after the time of purchase.No refunds once the sketch is approved or after the artwork is completed. IF I didn't begin working on the commission, you'll receive a full refund.

CLIENT INFORMATION

You may only order one commission at a time.You must provide accurate, clear image references alongside your text-description and/or moodboards.
_{(It is your responsibility to ensure your order contains your desired details, and to communicate the specifics with me ahead of time.)}If I do not update you within two weeks, you are free to request an update on the artwork. It will be sent as a watermarked image. Do not ask for an update everyday.Credit is appreciated but not required.You can alter my work for personal use (profile pictures, banners, printing it out to hang on your wall, ect).Contact me before purchasing anything from me.You must read the entire T.O.S prior to purchasing commissions.

MY PROCESS

I will send a sketch over to you for approval. After that, I will begin the commission process.I will updated you with progress shots, sent as watermarked images.Turnaround time is within a month. This is not a guaranteed deadline, and depending on the commission it may take longer. If the commission time exceeds that expected time-frame, I will notify the client.There may be extra fees if the client requests it be finished by a deadline.I don't mind making minor modifications (within reason) whilst working on a piece. However larger changes require additional fees or a new commission.
